    Downgrading to ios 5.1.1 with someone else's blobs?

    Okay so my iPod touch 4g currently has ios 6 and I wish to downgrade to 5.1.1. I know this is possible with ssh blobs, but my question is can I use my friends blobs ( he has 4th gen running ios 6) any help would be appreciated. Thanks
