    Alex- Fortunately they are. They called this issue a “very unusual problem” so they’ll hold it for as long as it takes. Ecm- I’ve heard a lot about that. Is that issue related to the not being able to initially purchase the phone?

    Anyone else buying an AT&T iPhone X experience a server crash while purchasing? I spent six hours at the Apple store today waiting while four employees tried to figure out what the heck was happening. The transaction server flipped out, causing AT&T’s database to think that I’d bought the phone...

    Activation Issues

    At least you were able to buy your phone. I was at the front of the line since six PM on the 2nd. I got inside the store at 9 AM, was presented the box containing my iPhone, and proceeded to pay the installment plan fee.... and s**t hit the fan! The AT&T server crashed and my purchase was stuck...
