    phone icon only gives me favorites

    solution I went by the iphone store. the customer service guy just turned off my phone, waited a few seconds, and turned it back on again (it takes a couple of minutes to start up. Now I know this fixes most simple problems.

    p.s. I do see the navigation icons in gray for 1/2 second just before it displays favorites

    i do not know how to post a screen shot. thank you for your response. I do not have any navigation icons from the favorites screen.

    my phone icon will only go to favorites, it does not give me the icon to dial out, recents, or voicemail.
