Anybody here order through Best Buy and have their orders switch to "Preparing"? First time ordering through someone other than Apple because I couldn't get the Verizon check out through the Apple Store App.

Just got shipping confirmation of my phone. Tracked it on UPS and it just left Japan. Still showing delivery of tomorrow. Is that really possible?

They're hanging in there though! Better than anything I could cobble together! Ha. I'm going to sleep on this Messages issue and see if its still persistent tomorrow. If so, ill delve deeper into the issue and report back!

I've been thinking the same thing too actually. It appears to me that it has something to with iMessage. Because the final moments before the app crashes, I see that my contacts that have iPhones and iMessage get shot back to regular "Text Message". So i'm curious if its just Apple's servers...

Currently having this same issue. The messages app itself will lock up and refuse to open (can still use the rest of the phone) but when you go into settings>messages that won't even open. Wonder whats going on here. Pretty annoying having to restart your phone every half an hour.

Hard reset meaning delete everything on the phone? Or just holding the power button and home button at the same time, if the latter, I've done that. Still no improvement.

I've been having this same issue all afternoon since i've updated. Just had to restart the phone again a few minutes ago. Force closing the Messages app doesn't fix the issue. Using iPhone 6s Plus.

Is this normal? Out of all the items I've ordered from Apple I've never had this happen. Should I be concerned?
