I think it is iOS 6 because I have a lot of other problems too and people that I've talked to that don't have iOS 6 don't have the same problems. And I asked the guy at the store and he said its probably a problem with iOS 6 and maybe the bugs will get fixed soon.

Wiping it seemed to work for a little bit at first but now it's happening again kinda upset that I wiped for no reason. There is so many bugs on iOS 6 it ridiculous.

Try restarting your iPad because I had the same problem with my iPod touch. A lot of problems can be fixed by rebooting.

I am using a iPod touch 4th gen and I installed iOS 6 and I can't get rid of the notification bubble. I powered off and it still won't go away
