I would be using a Palm. Or a Nexus. I don't know, just can't see life without my iPhone.

We do not have 3G in this area. Not even close. So I keep the 3G turned off.

I have washed 2 ipods in the washer and after a few days drying time, they were back to new. Too bad Palms aren't like that. I have a Palm 550 that STILL has water behind the screen where I spilt water on it several months ago.

I was a Palm user for MANY years myself and making the switch was a HUGE jump in the right direction!! But like the others say here, wait till after June.

I am with ya'll. Personally, I would never ask for a refund if the product was in good working order. I would just find a work around or start over.
