Exactly. But even if they dont invent anything new, if they just use current VR technology, it would be a big help to the VR technology as a whole. We need more developers to get on the VR train, we lack content.

From what I have read, the increased resolution is nice but they use the same lenses. And the real problem remais: there are no real AAA VR games, just a couple of ports :(

It's a start, at least... But yeah, they don't tend to be on the Verge of new tech since iPhone 1 to be honest...

Me either. 2h is a decent time to be in VR, more than that is exhausting, in my case.

I know but currently there's already more than just games for the HTC Vive.

I tried Google cardboard and while it was fun for a couple of times, particularly to the show to some friends but I bought the HTC Vive the moment it was launched and now cardboard seems like a halfway experience. Have you tried it yet? I am eager to see Apple try something similar, it would be...

Owning the Vive I would recommend it but I know it can be expensive...but its the ultimate experience at the moment ;) Cheers

Really? I had the impression the rumors were that they were into VR as well...

I am very eager to see Apple get in the train of VR and AR. Because they are so big and have so many customers they will certainly give a big push to the technology, don't you agree? Cheers
