I normally set up as new but I just got a new 5s as a replacement and the Apple folks recommended I set it up as new since my backup was old. I did that about 3 weeks ago and I don't expect any issues. I also will probably use an iTunes backup instead of iCloud.

If you really want to get a perfect size comparison for the 6, go find an HTC One M7 (the original). The dimensions are nearly identical down to the screen size.

Yes, I run iOS7 Beta 3 as my daily driver right now. It definitely effects Control Center. Its going to be interesting to see how case mfgs handle this because I don't think Apple is going to change. There will be many cases that cover the front of the iphone that will be hindered.

I took my Nuud back today as well. The deal breaker for me is the bezel. I am running iOS 7 and unless Apple changes the way you open Control Center, the bezel prevents it from working about 80% of the time. OB Defender and Atlas will also have issues. Works great on a Fre though.
