    I actually like the Apple case too... It adds little bulk, has a cover for the face and it's "grippy" so I don't have to worry about it slipping out of my hands!

    Wow...great advice AND the opportunity for me to be able to play Santa to my daughter so she can take a new iPad back to school with her after the holiday! S chool in both meanings...since she teaches it, AND takes classes herself in an effort to get ahead in this economy!

    Deleting pictures from iPad

    I just now wen to my iPad photos app, and by simply using the trash can located in the upper-right hand corner deleted photos... I assume they might not be truly gone until I sync my iPad, but in essence they are gone, you cannot see them.

    Laptop owners: Has the iPad made you think about going back to a desktop?

    I haven't used my PC in ages! I dock my laptop with a wireless keyboard and mouse when at my desk and I am good to go... And when I really am going I rarely pack that up anymore, I just take my iPad. I am not a gamer so I don't foresee a new PC anytime soon.
