Same here. If I was having these kind of issues on every new phone I opened i'd be looking at alternative choices.

I use mine for notifications, quick replies, exercise. Unfortunately my watch barely makes it a full day so no sleep tracking. I also have a Garmin Fenix 5s I use for everything but responding. My Garmin will last 14 days on a charge. I hope Apple will finally step up and concentrate on battery...

You're welcome. Not being condescending to you in any way but I can't express it enough about backups. Accidents happen. I have two clones of my drive and a time machine backup. I've had drives fail out of the blue and am so happy I have had something to fall back on. Same with my phone. I back...

Unfortunately the only way to recover it is with a backup. Wish I had better news for you.

Betas are fine to run if you can handle any bugs that come with them. I've run betas that are not to bad but I've also run betas full of bugs.

Welcome to iMore. This question gets asked a lot. I always offer the same advice. As all people have different taste you are going to get varying answers. Plus no one has your exact taste. I suggest going to the Apple Store or someone that sells the phone and comparing them side by side...

Re: Touch ID No complaints here either. Touch ID worked great for me but I really like Face ID better.
