Why can't I get the same 18500 photos and videos with IOS 8.02 as I could with IOS 7.
when I changed to IOS 8.02 my albums in photos was running sluggish. I was advised by Apple support to back up and restore and can now only get about 14000 pictures and videos compared with about 18509 on IOS 7.
