Only yours. You cannot delete iMessages from another persons device. Other messaging apps do have this feature though. There have been discussions that iOS 14 would include the ability to retract messages but my understanding at least through the current betas, it is still not possible.

For me it depends. If all iPhone 12 models have 5G I’ll upgrade my 11 Pro. If any truth that 5.4” won’t have 5G then I may not update.
