I made my purchase on July 11, recieved shipping notification on July 19th, and as of today (July 30) the tracking info still shows "Electronic info Received". The company does not answer their phones...

    I have it installed. It's great! It's just like having the actual book in front of you. Word for word with pronunciation and it's a lot faster looking it up on the phone than having to flip throught pages! Enjoy! Nursing major?
