Its called Glasklart Dock Flow. You need the five dock tweak. Theres no way to get that look with another theme, the same author made the dock icons to go together with the Glasklart theme.

Yes you have to be connected to the internet/3G/Edge to install things from Cydia and Installer. You can surf through Cydia's content without a connect but you can't download anything. You can SSH and add things without Cydia but you'll need to find a connection to download the program from...

Nice themes. Where did you guys get that analogue clock on the status bar from? This is the theme I currently have on my phone. I think its by far the best theme out there IMO. Its called Glasklart.

I downloaded a Portal sound pack not to long ago. I love the lock, unlock and sync sounds but the text, mail and other sounds are not that great imo. I tried downloading new sounds and placing them above the Portal one in Winterboard but that doesn't seem to work, I still hear the Portal stuff...

I uninstalled a bunch of stuff but it didn't seem to help. I will restore and re-jailbreak. I remember downloading two apps from Installer and they never showed up on the Springboard. Might have caused it. Thanks for the help.
