Reinstall winterboard but make sure u uncheck all ur themes in winter board 1st then uninstall it n reinstall it , that should work! Or go to the settings in cydia n change user to developer don't worry nothing will happen then reinstall winter board. Hope that helps ! Sent from my iPhone...

Just restore it with a custom ipsw and it will bypass it , I do it all the time , I can even get pass an iCloud pswrd! Not very hard at all, just takes a lil patience and a few times to try it but it will work Sent from my iPhone using iMore Forums

It does sound like a hardware problem but then again it's hard to give advice without actually seeing the phone
