Carrier Locked or Unlocked?: pretty sure it's unlocked but I'm using it on ATT so I have no way to check

Includes: IPad Charging cable and wall adaptor. Not sure I have the box. Also the smart case. Also has a glass protector on the screen

Additional Info: I'd list it as mint except for one issue on the bottom left. Not even sure how it got there so I can't comment. Posted a picture of the scratches.

Pretty sure it's Unlocked? Where did you buy it from? I'm looking to use one on Tmo. I do require a box though as well. Let me know "if" you have a box and where it was purchased from. I cant take a chance if this thing being locked.
