Carrier Locked or Unlocked?: Wi-Fi only is okay. If not AT&T please.

Condition: No screen damage but minor scratches that can be covered with an Otter Box okay.

Includes: All I need is the iPad mini.

Item Location: I'm in San Antonio.

Shipping Details: I will pay shipping but it need to be in my budget.

I know you prefer the 32GB but you can get a new 16GB from Walmart for $199 and you get a $30 Walmart gift card on Thanksgiving. It's one of the guaranteed in-stock items.

I work all day thanksgiving. I'd also really like the 32GB since my grandma is used to the Android tablet I gave her. It had 32GB, so she'll be able to keep her photos.
