Item Description: no scratches on front or back, only minor scuffing on metal edge from Incipio case. In one photo it shows the screen looking pretty terrible, but a screen protector is on it, been since day 1. You will receive a charger and cable, and Incipio case. It is unlocked through AT&T and running the latest version of iOS 7.

I believe it will work in reformed areas only for 3G. I have one that I am using on T-Mobile as a backup so I haven't used in many places, but at my house it gets "4G."
