Condition: used, this has been my daily driver for the most part for a year and has traveled all over with me. It does have wear on the sides, please see the pictures. But the wear is irrelevant, see below.

NOTES:
This device is used, just like stated above and shown in the pictures. However, it has Applecare+ and both occurrences are available(you can swap it out twice during the plan for accidental damage, I have not used either occurrence). I have priced the device to reflect this. Good condition iPhone 5 32GB seem to go for $500-540. I am going to use the low end and say $500. Applecare+ adds $100 value, and because of the wear I am discounting it $50 to cover the deductible if you get it and want to swap it out at the Apple store. $500+$100-$50=$550
