I am assuming that he is talking about the amazon ones, not yours.

$50 is a great deal compared to full retail, but not to the discounted prices you can find online with free shipping. That is why I asked what your best price was, I didn't want to offend with a lowball price but $50 for a refurb (vs $57 for a new one that i can register) is not a good deal IMO.

The replacement is a gen 2 the 1st one one was a gen one from what i was told
