FS: iPhone 3GS unlocked

I have an iPhone 3GS which is jailbroken and unlocked and it's been freshly updated to iOS 5, so it's ready to go like it's out of the box. It's the 8 gig model. I also have an Otterbox Defender case to go with it. As you can see in the pic, it's a fresh install of iOS 5 and the signal is good with ATT 3G on the screen.

I figure 300 for everything including shipping.
