I bought this item from Nick about a month ago http://forums.crackberry.com/forum-f14/wts-wtt-apple-ipod-touch-32gb-2nd-gen-622895/and just have not used it as much as I thought I would not to mention I find myself being frustrated with it when I'm not near wifi after having an iPhone before. It is exactly in the condition it was when I bought it and works great! I have loaded iOS 4.2.1 on it. If you have any questions please ask! (I did use Nick's photos as the iPod is in exactly the same condition and I'm not near a camera and wanted to get it posted ASAP. I'll gladly replace them with my own photos later if it is an issue for anyone!)
