Key already used for macOS Sierra but installed El Cap instead

So I went to install the public beta of Sierra and went to the website to get my key. Once I grabbed it, I thought I was updating to the new Sierra beta, but it updated to the latest public beta of El Cap instead. Now when I try to load Sierra it keeps telling me the key was already used and the AppStore says no updates available. How can I upgrade to Sierra??

Go to http://beta.apple.com, sign in, select Enroll Your Device, then scroll down to get the beta key. This will install an installer that should be in Finder under Applications. You won't see if popup in App Store from what I could tell.
