There's is a rumor about a to be released MacBook Air 12' retina. Is there any truth in this ?

Saw it on some websites and I've heard it around

It's been rumored for at least a year. Latest is it will appear sometime next year but no one knows.

I've been wanting this for the longest time...... sigh only if there was more information on this.
