Mbp goes to 60C while using YouTube and all the others apps are closed and while reading a pdf the temp goes to 50C.
    Is this normal?

That somewhat depends on the year of make and the CPU capability of your MBP. But for processor intensive work, such as viewing YouTube video or heavy pdf etc, CPU temp. might easily jump up to 50 or 60 degrees, or even more momentarily. I always have a temp. monitor app. but I rarely care about CPU temp. unless it continues to show 60 degree or more for prolonged period.

my 2019 16" MBP supposedly has better heat management than the older models, but still gets quite hot when watching Youtube videos. Subjectively perceived it gets less hot than the 2017/2018 15.4" models that I had, but still enough to make me feel like my lap might get burned (in particular when wearing shorts ). So I would say that 60°C is quite "OK" (for a MBP).
