MacBook pro display issue

Hey, i bought new MacBook Pro 15" 2019 around 4 months ago and yesterday accidentally spotted out a display issue. On the dark/black background there are little red dots in the corner of the screen. I have no idea how they've appeared, cause laptop has been using extremely carefully. Has anyone faced this kinda problem? Any solutions? Is there any chance that it was faulty?

No, but if you’ve only had it for four months, be sure to contact Apple Support or make a Genius Bar appointment with the nearest Apple Store if open in your are to have them check it out.
