If so, go in there and remove any files you don’t want or need. You can also delete any apps you may not want or need anymore.

It's a bit intimidating at first but take it slow and follow his instructions. There are tons of files that the OS stores that you don't need that I didn't even know where there. After I completed this process my machine was marketably faster. Good luck.
