Dual Monitor Setup for MacBook Pro 13" 2017 NO TOUCHBAR

I've ordered a new monitor (Dell U-Series 32-Inch Screen 4k LED-Lit Monitor (U3219Q)) for my office and am looking to add it with my HP 23ES 1080p which I have hooked up via HDMI and the USB-C Multiport currently. Is there a way to have both monitors run with with max resolution with my MacBook. I was thinking I could use the usb c port on the adapter but now am thinking this isn't possible to both charge and deliver 4k to the monitor. I probably don't need the 23" 1080p monitor, but didn't want it to go to waste. Thoughts? Thanks!
