New 2016 MBP 15” battery life

This picture shows the battery life I’m getting on my new 2016 MBP 15”. It’s got 9 cycle counts, everything says it’s operating normally. Apple support says to too. But 4 hours.

So bottom line, is this normal for the 2016 MPB 15”?

Specs are quad core i7 (6th gen), 16GB RAM, 1TB SSD.

Maybe? I mean, numerous things affect battery life and we don't know how you use your MacBook Pro.

At the time I took that photo, I had Outlook, PowerPoint approx 2 ppt decks and Excel 3 spreadsheets open along with 7 Chrome tabs.

Chrome is a known battery hog. Try using Safari and see if that helps with your battery life. 4 hours is extremely low for what you are doing and something is definitely not right.

Did you buy it brand new sealed in the box?
