No Ebay app on Mac Pro

Last year I purchased new from a retailer the early 2015 edition 13in Mac Pro. I love it. I have the iPad Pro too. BUT why isn’t the Ebay app available?
I can get the website but the app is not
Why is this? Curious

I can only assume the developer didn't find it necessary to create an app for macOS and figured those who would be on a computer would simply opt to go directly to the website. That's my 'guess'.

To me the app is simpler but I guess you’re right. I don’t use too many apps on it.
