Hi
I plan on buying this evening, a 13" Retina version of the MacBook Pro. You know, the prior model with the legacy ports.
Are there known issues I should be concerned about with respect to getting the AppleCare Warranty, or does this model have all the bugs worked out by now?
Thanks.

There is nothing wrong with the device in and of itself, and the latest version of macOS works on it, as far as I know. Now with respect to AppleCare, "Every Mac comes with a one-year limited warranty and up to 90 days of complimentary telephone technical support."

If you can afford it, I would still recommend getting Apple Care for it as it is not exactly the most repairable computer. While the odds of you RAM or motherboard failing are low $183 for the 13 inch can get you security and peace of mind at least for another 2 years. Just my 2 cents.
