Late 2011 MBP Startup Issue

Occasionally when I start my late 2011 MBP from cold, I will get a message saying it is completing a system update. I am not seeing any recent updates that haven't bee completed. Anyone else seeing this message?

I'm not seeing this on my 2011 MBP. Can you provide a screenshot of what you see?

I personally hardly ever shut it down. Always put it to sleep. (its quicker booting this way)

The only error i ever got with mine was that it couldn't find the 'Finder'. haha how ironic lol.

But a shutdown and re-boot fixed that. (Minor heart attack)

How often is ocassionally?

I never had this problem but I also almost never shut my mbp down.
