Is there a fix for accessing Military sites on Safari?

Prior to upgrading to OS Sierra, I was able to access all of the military sites via Safari. After upgrading I can no longer access the military sites in Safari (past the login section). I'm able to get to the main pages or even to the login screen, but once I enter my credentials to log in, I get a page cannot be displayed error. However, it works in Chrome (most of the sites do at least). Something has changed in my Safari settings to block a function that allows access to Military sites. A colleague of mine is still able to access the sites after he upgraded to OS Sierra. I've contacted Apple Support and have followed all of their steps (on multiple tickets) but after trying so many times, they are now telling me that I need to contact a military admin, however the military doesn't have MAC support... Any help from anybody please?

Check the Safari settings. You probably have something enabled that is blocking you from properly viewing those pages.
