    Hi All,

I just picked up a new MacBook Pro 13 Inch with Retina Display, and are so far loving it. This is my first MacBook by the way. ๐Ÿ˜ƒ. Anyway, I just checked the storage on the about my Mac and it shows that Photos and Movies are taking up over 1GB each even though I haven't transferred any photos or purchased any Movies yet.

I was just hoping someone could shed some light on this for me?

    Thanks in advance.

    Jordan.

About This Mac does not always supply accurate storage information, but it's nothing to be worried about. You can try re-indexing your drive to see if that clears things up.

Any by the way, congratulations on your first MacBook. You'll enjoy it for years to come.
