Energy Saver (Plugged In): Display Off time vs Sleep? (Yosemite)

Hey folks,

On my mid-2014 rMBP running Yosemite 10.10.1, in Energy Saver, I don't have a slider/setting for when the MacBook itself goes to sleep; just "Turn display off after..", which seems to also put the MacBook itself to sleep. This is problematic for me as it interrupts downloads, software installations, network activity etc.

I'm pretty sure on my old MacBooks in years past, there was also a separate slider for when to put the MacBook to sleep. I generally prefer my screen to sleep after 5-10 minutes, but let the machine itself sleep after 30-45 etc.

Is there still a way to set the MacBook to sleep automatically at a different interval from the screen? Preferably without using any 3rd-party utilities... I have been using the "Prevent computer from sleeping automatically when the display is off" option for now, but I don't think this is ideal in the long run.
