Which rMBP configuration for a Web Developer

I am trying to decide what is the best configuration to get when I buy the rMBP 13". I have $1800 including tax max to spend.
Apps I use are Coda 2, Photoshop, Lightroom and some light audio and video editing.

Do I stay with the 128gb SSD with 16gb ram then do I upgrade it to a better CPU or do I get more storage instead. I store most of my files in Dropbox but still 128gb seems tiny.

I'd opt for the most ram then fastest processor combo I could get - storage can always be added via an external drive...
