messaging question (2013 MBP)
More an annoyance than anything else, but, in my messaging app I have one friend that I text/message with regularly and for some reason his messages show up in an unreadable white font color. Even after I delete a thread of messages to try and reset it it keeps coming back in the white font.
I know he, like me, alternates between his phone and his mabook for messaging but he doesn't have the problem with messages from me on his MBP.
Any thoughts? Something in settings that I'm missing??
Re: messaging question (2013 MBP)
Are you sure he's not using a theme of some sort that could be the culprit? Is his iPhone jailbroken? What app does he use to send you text messages?
Re: messaging question (2013 MBP)
to my knowledge his phone is not jailbroken & he's using stock messaging apps for iMessages

Could you show a screen shot of that?

Not a great picture obviously, I just snapped it with my phone and attached it, but it should give you an idea

Looking at the pic it looks like some sort of messaging app he's using

Attachment 62515 If he is a friend, just ask him if he uses any kind of messaging app. Tell him you can't read his messages too well. Explain to him that it's only his that appear that way. Maybe he will have your answer.

Thanks for the input.
He and I had talked about it before and he had no idea why it was happening. After I started seeking out the answer/an answer he went in and started messing with settings on his MBP. Problem is now fixed
