iMessage on MBA showing numbers, versus names

Within my list of Apple items, I have a MBA, with Big Sur.
When receiving iMessages, it shows peoples phone numbers, versus their name. It was working fine last week, and just within the last two days or so, it has started this.

Any ideas?

I used Outlook.com, and thus on all my Apple devices I have Outlook.com setup, for Email, Calendar and Contacts. On all items, Contacts for Outlook.com is set as default. In iCloud settings on the MBA, Contacts is not on, and never has been. I do not use Calendar, Contacts or Email on iCloud. Thus, none are on.

Weird one this...

PS: Couldn't decide if to post this in the MBA thread, or the Big Sur thread. Not sure where the issue is exactly.

On another forum, a member on Big Sur, stated they had this issue, too.
Their suggestion was to restart the MBA. I have since done so' now awaiting a new iMessage.

Sods law, I bet its ages before I receive an iMessage.
