Airplay Issue

I have a MacBook Air (2011), MacBookAir4,2 model running High Sierra and I have an issue with Airplay. I have a specific ATV 4 that I want to connect to but it is not showing up in the list on this computer.

The ATV does have Wifi and does show up on other laptops. For some reason it doesn't show up on this particular laptop.

I have tried the following.

Restarted the laptop
Turn off/on the Wifi
Turn off/on Airplay
SMC and PRAM reset
No Updates pending

Is this a High Sierra issue or laptop issue?

Is Bluetooth turned on on the MBA?

On the ATV, is Settings / Airplay / Allow Access set to Everyone, or just to people sharing this home? If just to people sharing this home, is iTunes on the MBA logged in to the same Home Sharing account (File / Home Sharing)?
