For fumigation purposes, need to heat everything to 120 F for 20 minutes. Can I do this to the macbook air?

Heat and electronics are enemies. Having said that. I would not subject the MacBook to excessive heat, but that's Just Me, D.

If you are fumigating the area remove the computer from the area. The MacBook Air is highly portable.
