I have a Mac Mini running High Sierra and it is used as a "headless" server. I have a dummy hdmi adapter on it. Typically, it is up 24/7 and I don't turn it off.
I notice when this computer goes it sleep I can't wake it up to remotely access it. Even when I am at home, I have to press the power button to wake it up.
I have tried ARD and BTMM to wake it up and nothing wakes it up unless I hit the power button.
Yes, I do have "wake for network access" checked. Yes, I know that I can Energy Saver and not put it to sleep.
It would be nice to wake it up for remote access.
