If the developer or the person who introduced the app here in the forums can’t take the time to respond to your inquiries then why take the time to even give the app a try. At least that’s my thoughts on it.

Yes, the VPN is rather safe to use. The app offers encryption to the traffic. The app is named for "VPN Proxy" for ASO purpose.

Hi, Thanks for the info. I asked the developers and noticed that it's a display issue of Apple.
In the past, the developer proposed a billing plan with "Yearly Subscription $36.99" and got approved by Apple, however, they didn't adopt the plan in the product, so the app description page still shows the info "Yearly Subscription $36.99".
They have already reported the issue to Apple and have this fixed.
The pricing info goes like the following:
Monthly Subscription $4.99
Yearly Subscription $29.99
3-days Free Trial Subscription $4.99
1-week free trial subscription (yearly) $29.99
