How to get a refund on Mac store?

Well today I accidentally purchased Grand Theft Auto San Andreas and I have read how to get a refund but I can not get to the "report a problem" stage. For starters, I NEVER got an email receipt, which is insanely weird, seeing I always do, which makes me nervous that I might not get a refund. Is there any way to get to the report a problem or what should I do? Also on iTunes the only purchases that pop up are iPhone and iPad..
