Couria Quick compose coming up blank

I've been having this issue that when I attempt to use quick compose for couria, it comes up blank with "new message" on the top of screen. No keyboard or contacts show up, so I am unable to do anything on my phone except close down the quick compose popup. I have allowed contacts and pictures to messaging services, uninstalled, reinstalled, the works. If anyone has any insight on how to resolve this, it would be greatly appreciated. Thank you all in advance. I'm on an iPhone 6 on iOS 9.0.2.

It is a text messaging service that allows you to quick reply and quick compose text messages from anywhere on your iPhone.

Courier has a new update today to fix those issues.

I'm aware. I was in contact with him, submitting my crash reports to him, to make him aware of the issue, hence the update. Thanks.
