8.4 Jailbreak questions

Hi iMore, I am still using cydia 7.1.2 because I had everything I needed on it (including spotify premium hack) and I knew that if I update I will lose that tweak since it wasn't working on the new version. I wanna update to 8.4 to try out Apple Music service but there's a few things bugging me:
-If I update my iOS do I need to uninstall cydia first?
-Do you think someone will make a tweak that unlocks apple music premium even after 3 months trial is over. Thanks for your time

No. That would be piracy/theft... and Apple would sue.
