How to change the app text color in iOS 6?

Hi, i recently mod iOS 7 dialer keypad for iOS 6 look exactly like

But due to white bar on top and also number are white so its hard to see the number

So my question is is there anyway to change the text color from white to black, not only Phone app but other app, especially on navigation bar

I'm not aware of a method of changing colors without jailbreaking. However, you could try some of the Accessibility options:

mine is jailbroken, im using iphone 3gs ios 6.1.6
