Jailbreak apple id bans

Hello im new in commiunity and illd like to ask a question. Can i get banned or something like this for using jailbreak or one of those chinese apps i have been looking in google but i cant find an anwser. And if i login with my appstore account on my friend phone and download app i previously bought will it work. Sorry if i done some bad grama my english is not perfect

iMore DOES NOT condone or support piracy in any way... So don't talk about cracked apps here... As to logging in to a friends device and downloading an app... It may work... But come time to update, the friend can't do it without logging in as you...so I don't advise doing that.

Jail breaking isn't illegal in the US though if you go into a Apple Store and ask for assistance or a repair while JB, they won't assist. I've never heard of them banning a ID and since it's not illegal to JB, it's highly unlikely you will ever hear of it happening.
