Ios 8 background tweak

I read up there is cydia tweak which enable app to run on background without pausing them. It is call Background Manager. However it is not compatible on ios 8. Are there similar tweak that does this?

Waiting for one before jailbreaking.

Apps that need to run in the background are written to do so... I don't see the need for forcing an app to run in the background that wasn't developed to do so in the first place...
