There are a lot of jailbreak tweaks for QC/QR functionality. You'll have to search for them.

I tried I couldn't find any thats why I asked lol i am just looking for a tweak that will let me do a quick reply through the lock screen for messaging apps

But would those support apps like textnow and kik and Aww none of those support ios 8 lol
