Best Cydia App to back all Cydia Apps and Tweaks

Please any suggestions for the best app to backup all my Cydia apps and tweaks? The question with this app can I even restore all my Cydia apps and tweaks even if I restore the phone? Please help!!!thanks

OpenBackup is the best solution. You can do both back up and restore cydia packages after restoring your iphone within that. You can get it for free from cydia.
